2007 Fly-In

The Central Kansas Powered Parachute Fly-in will be on May 24-28, 2007 at Skyview Powered Parachutes in Hutchinson, Kansas. From K-96 & US-50 go 3 miles west and 1/4 mile south. Click here for an overview of our location.

All pilots, spouses, and families are welcome.

Please, no alcohol in public.

You must sign a liability waiver to fly or ride.

There will be safety and sport pilot seminars.

We hope to be able to do a lot of fun flying (weather permitting).

Morris is the first Light Sport Powered Parachute Pilot and will be sharing his experiences.

There will be time for visiting, questions, answers, sharing, and learning from each other.

The field will be closed at 9:30 on Sunday morning. (There will be no flying till after lunch because there are a number of churches close to the flying field.) We will have a short service at 10:30. (Devotional) Everyone is welcome to attend.

There are several motels three miles from the flying field.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you!

Schedule of Events
Thursday		Early arrivals, registration, and fun flying on your own (weather permitting).
Friday	6:00 AM 2:30 PM 4:00 PM	Pilot briefing, sign waivers, and fun flying. Engine seminar by Dave Schrag. (Bring your questions.) Pilot briefing and fun flying, or you are welcome to take in some of the places of interest in our area.
Saturday	6:00 AM 10:00 AM 11:00 AM 12:00 PM 1-4:00 PM 4:00 PM 8:45 PM	Pilot briefing and fun flying. Coffee will be available. Morris will be sharing his experiences in getting his Sport Pilot. Bring your questions. Lunch, on your own. (We have lots of restaurants in Hutchinson.) Sport Pilot and vehicle registration seminar. Pilot briefing and fun flying. Field closed.
Sunday	6:00 AM 9:30 AM 10:00 AM 10:30 AM 12:00 1:30 PM	Pilot briefing and fun flying. (weather permitting) Field closed till after lunch, we have a number of churches close to the flying field. Donuts, coffee, and fruit will be available. Someone will have a short devotional. Carry-in lunch; bring casseroles, salads, desserts, etc. Visiting, sharing experiences with each other.
Monday	6:00 AM	Pilot briefing and fun flying.
