From Wichita:
Take K-96 to Hwy. 50 West, go 3 miles to Mohawk Road, 1/8 mile south.

From Kansas City:
Take I-35 to Hwy. 50 West, go to South Hutchinson interchange Hwy. 50 / Hwy. 96 - then go 3 miles west to Mohawk Road, 1/8 mile south.

From Western KS:
Hwy. 50 & K-61 will merge together. At the merger it is 2.5 miles east to Mohawk Road, 1/8 mile south.

Seminars will be on Friday & Saturday.

Briefing on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be at 6:00AM and 4:00PM.

Saturday morning: Mass Launch - we'll fly to the town of Yoder for breakfast served by some local Amish. Breakfast will be served from 7:00 - 9:00AM.

Saturday evening meal is included in the Pilot Registration. Additional meal tickets are $10 each.

The drawing for the Powrachute Plane will be on Saturday evening.

Lodging

Motel reservations will need to be made in advance due to our Kansas State Fair.

We booked 4 rooms under our name at Arlington (Motel 61), only 10 miles from our location. 620-538-2033 Two beds per room; use one bed for $35 per night, or use both for $45

Trailswest Motel is 3 miles from the flight field. $55 per night. First come, first served. They take no reservations. 620-662-0268
